Shipping policy

Local Pickup with 25% Discount.

  • In-studio pickup is available for local orders (just in selected products. 
  • Orders can be picked up Thursday - Sunday, from 12 pm - 5 pm. 
  • Please contact us before placing your order at irais@bferanis.com.au, then we can provide you with a 25% discount code to apply to your local pickup order. 
  • An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

 

Free Shipping.

  • Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) using Australia Post.
  • Its delivery standard is 7 - 14 days (but no guarantee). Free shipping applies to all orders. 
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details.
  • If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter, or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at irais@bferanis.com.au.
  • We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will not issue a refund. 

*Packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.

Local Delivery with 15% Discount.

  •  Local delivery is available for addresses within 20 km of our studio (just in selected products). 
  • Please contact us before placing your order at irais@bferanis.com.au, then we can provide you with a 15% discount code to apply to your local delivery order. 
  • Orders placed between Monday - Wednesday will be delivered between Thursday - Sunday.
  • Orders placed outside of these days will be delivered the next week.
  • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship our products worldwide.

 

What about customs?

  • You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
  • Raining Gifts Design is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies, and it is not the responsibility of Raining Gifts Design to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
  • For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Raining Gifts Design is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery centre and be held until pick up and payment is taken care of.
  • If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not issue any refund.
  • If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange to reship as custom orders are final sales and we cannot refund you for the purchase.
  • Should Raining Gifts Designmistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.
  • As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Raining Gifts Design is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

 

Do international packages come with tracking?

  • Yes! All packages will have tracking until they reach their destination (you - hopefully).
  • If you have a package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility (ie. Royal Mail in the UK).
