Refund policy

 

At Raining Gifts Design, we're all about making a splash with our unique and customizable products.
But we know that sometimes, even the coolest gift can miss the mark.
That's why we've got a returns policy that's as flexible as a gymnast doing the splits.

You have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To start the process, just send us an email at sales@raininggiftsdesign.com and tell us what's up.

We won't ask any awkward questions, we promise. 
Once we've received your request, we'll get back to you with instructions on how and where to return your item(s).
Then, just pack them up securely and send them back to us within 14 days of your initial request.
We recommend using a courier that's as speedy as a lightning bolt (the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition).
We'll process your return faster than you can say "thunder and lightning".
We'll issue your refund within five (5) business days of receiving your returned item(s).
And don't worry, we won't make you wait out in the rain.
We'll send you an email to let you know that your refund is on its way.
But here's the really fun part: if you're not happy with your purchase, we'll give you a one-time pass to blame it on the weather. That's right, you can tell your friends and family that your customized item was ruined by a sudden hailstorm or a freak tornado. We won't tell.
So go ahead, and make a splash with your Raining Gifts Design purchase.
And if it doesn't live up to your expectations, we'll make it right - rain or shine!


    Damages and Issues.

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item or size so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
    • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
    • If a product is faulty or damaged, then we evaluate the situation with the help of photos of the product with a measuring tape and offer a solution without any return needing to be done.
    • If the correct size was delivered and the item simply doesn't fit because the size isn't right for the recipient, then we don't accept returns nor offer a refund or replacement.

    • If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Order failed to deliver

    • If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by the customer, it’ll be returned to the default return address. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 14 days at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
    • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part is covered at our expense.
    • Raining Gifts Design does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

    Wrong Address

    • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

    Unclaimed

    • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

    Returned by Customer

    • *** Always contact us before returning any products *** 
    • We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. 

    Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

    1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
    2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

    Therefore Raining Gifts Design reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

    This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
